Terms of service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Metalwood Garage website and the products and services offered through it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from this site.

Two distinct product channels

Metalwood Garage offers (1) print-on-demand merchandise purchased through the Shopify checkout and (2) original and commissioned artwork arranged directly with Metalwood Garage. Terms that apply to one category do not automatically apply to the other.

Merchandise orders

Merchandise may be printed, packed, and shipped by Printful or another approved third-party fulfillment provider. Production begins after an order is placed, packages may identify the fulfillment provider, products may ship separately, estimated production and delivery timing may vary, and normal production variations may occur.

Metalwood Garage remains the customer-facing seller for merchandise orders placed through this website. Customers must review the product, size, color, quantity, personalization, billing information, and shipping address before ordering. Merchandise purchases are subject to our published Shipping Policy and Refund and Replacement Policy.

Artwork inquiries and commissions

Submitting an inquiry, builder configuration, contact form, request for quote, or commission request does not create a binding order, reserve artwork, guarantee availability, or require Metalwood Garage to accept a project. Prices shown in a builder or gallery may be estimates or starting prices. Artwork is governed by separately accepted written terms, including any applicable quote, proposal, invoice, deposit schedule, or commission agreement.

Product information and creative imagery

We aim to describe products and artwork accurately. Colors and appearance may vary based on screens, materials, production methods, reclaimed components, lighting, and handcrafted fabrication. Website images may include staged photography, digital composites, mockups, AI-assisted imagery, or visualizations. Written specifications and project agreements control when determining the characteristics of a purchase.

Intellectual property

Metalwood Garage artwork, photographs, product designs, graphics, illustrations, logos, merchandise designs, written content, videos, renderings, and other creative materials are owned by or licensed to Metalwood Garage unless otherwise stated. Buying a product or artwork does not transfer copyright, trademark, reproduction, merchandising, or other intellectual-property rights.

You may not reproduce, manufacture, scan, copy, distribute, sell, tokenize, commercially exploit, or create derivative merchandise from Metalwood Garage artwork or designs without prior written permission.

Third-party services

Metalwood Garage may use third-party platforms and providers for payment processing, website hosting, production, fulfillment, delivery, communications, and related services. Service timing and availability can be affected by those providers or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.

Privacy

Use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Merchandise purchases are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund and Replacement Policy.

Changes and severability

We may update these terms as the store, services, or legal requirements change. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
